Web Page Creation
This is the cost of the actual construction of the web site. These are one off costs payable at the time of construction.
- Basic Web Site: $130. This is created using one of the set designs that we have made up. The designs consist of up to 5 pages that could possibly include home, about us, where, gallery, classes page, block of the month, monthly coupon specials page and a contacts page. This is on the assumption that data provided for the page is in a readily usable format.
- Single Page Site: $35. This is for a single page. Each page thereafter is $25. This is on the assumption that data provided for each page is in a readily usable format.
- Web page edits: $30 per hour with a minimum charge of $15. This allows you to have the data on your web page updated.
- Specialised Web Programming: $50 per hour. This includes java programming, shopping carts, data bases etc.
- Estimates Page: $30 for the first and $10 for each additional page of the same set. This allows for clients to fill in a page with the information needed to give them a quote.
Web Page Hosting
Your web page can be hosted by us. It allows us to easily update your pages and make sure that they are running glitch free.
- Sub domain hosting: $15 per month. This does not require your having a domain name. Your web address would be either www.quiltingweb.com/yourbusinessname or www.yourbusinessname.quiltingweb.com. This price includes one update each month. This means if you have a regular block of the month or something similar, your page will be updated as part of the hosting cost. As with web page creation, data provided must be in a readily usable format. This price includes one e-mail forwarding.
- Domain hosting: $25 per month. Your web address would be www.yourbusiness.com (if available). Your domain will be stored on the Quilting Web server and will be redirected there. This price includes one update each month. This means if you have a regular block of the month or something similar, your page will be updated as part of the hosting cost. As with web page creation, data provided must be in a readily usable format. This price also includes 1 free pop3 e-mail account and one e-mail forwarding.
- Domain hosting: $35 per month. This provides the same as above, but also gives you up to 10 pop3 email accounts and unlimited email forwarding. It is also your own server space, meaning that you do not share your space with other quilting web customers. This option is good for customers with many files needing alot of file storage space (up to 100 mb). In addition you have increased bandwidth available to you.
- Domain Name Registration: $20 per year. You may register your domain for more than one year.
- Additional Pop3 e-mail account: $5 per month. This is a separate e-mail address. You can check your e-mail using your e-mail software or using a web interface.
- Additional e-mail forwarding aliases: $10 one time set up fee. This is e-mail forwarded on to your existing e-mail address.
- Mailing List: $50 one time set up fee. This sets up a mailing list that visitors can elect to subscribe to from your web page. You can then send out a newsletter to the members of your mailing list, telling them about your business specials, classes and so on. This cost does not include the writing of the newsletter or the sending of it. It covers the programming to allow web site visitors to be able to join this mailing list, and the use of the mailing list system provided by Quilting Web for your site.
Please note that all services are subject to Texas Sales Tax of 8.25%. Billing of page design and hosting costs will commence one month from start of project or at completion of project, which evercomes first.
